On Thursday, July 27, join the City of Austin Employees’ Retirement System for its annual Member Meeting! The 2023 Member Meeting will be held in-person at the Austin Energy Mueller HQ.

2023 COAERS MEMBER MEETING (an in-person event)

The annual event is an opportunity for all COAERS members to learn about important System updates. During the event, members will hear from the System’s Board of Trustees, the Management Team, and City of Austin representatives about:

• COAERS business operations update
• Plan’s long-term sustainability and pension legislation update
• The investment program and update

FACEBOOK LIVE BROADCAST
Members who cannot attend in person and wish to participate virtually, the event will also be broadcast live on the COAERS Facebook page at www.facebook.com/coaers. 

EVENT PARKING
Visitor parking is located on the 1 st floor of the parking garage (G1).
There are two garage entries at Austin Energy Mueller HQ:
- Enter via Garcia St, or
- Enter via Philomena St

SUBMIT A QUESTION 
Members will also have the opportunity to ask the Board and Staff questions during a Q&A session. In order to facilitate an informative and comprehensive discussion, members should submit their questions for the event panelists in advance of the meeting.
