Investment Policy Statement

The Investment Policy Statement (IPS) has been adopted by the Board of Trustees to establish the strategic objectives and policies of the System. In fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility for managing the investment process responsibility, the Board establishes, maintains and requires compliance with the IPS. Key elements of the IPS include:
