COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES
The City of Austin Employees’ Retirement System (COAERS) is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders for commercial real estate services. 4700 Mueller Boulevard (“4700” or “premises”) is a 49,000 square foot commercial office building with a surface parking lot and green space all totaling 1.91 acres in the Mueller Community, inside the limits of the City of Austin, and Travis County, Texas.

COAERS will conduct a public bid opening meeting on October 14, 2024 at 12 pm Central Time. At the bid opening, firm names that responded to this RFP will be read aloud. This meeting will be held virtually.
