Please note: if you are an active city employee, please submit your address change information to your City of Austin payroll office and not the retirement office. Please contact the COA payroll office at 512-974-3001

Forms and Paperwork Submission

Forms and paperwork can be submitted via the following methods:

Securely uploaded to the MemberDirect message center
Submitted through postal mail to the COAERS mailing address:

In-person document drop off
- Members can securely drop off documents to the COAERS office during normal business hours Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
